Hydraulic Top Link

Hydraulic Top Link (3rd Link)

  • The Hydraulic top links are offered in either an Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3 and or Cat 4. Also depending on the application a heavier duty toplink will be used for heavy lifting or if a longer stroke or reach is needed the top link will be equipped accordingly.
  • These hydraulic toplinks can be mounted to the front hitch or rear 3pt hitch of the tractor.

Heavy Duty Arm Kit

Heavy Duty Arm Kit (HDAK)

  • The Heavy duty arm kit replaces the existing arms on the front hitch with 2 new arms that have holes drilled in on each arm to mount the cross tube. This cross tube holds both arms together in the locked position when using the front hitch in an ground engaging application.
  • This heavy duty arm kit ensures that the front hitch has no free play in the arms. When an pto driven implement is hooked up to the front 3pt hitch the cross tube must be dismounted by 4 bolts which takes approx 4 – 6 minutes.
  • This will allow the implement shaft from the implement to have no interference with our linkage. The heavy duty arm kit will fit on front hitches 8kN (1760 lbs) – 60kN (13200 lbs).

Large Plate Cooler

Large Plate Cooler

  • The Large Plate Cooler will increase the cooling capacity of the front PTO by 3 times. This oil cooler would replace the existing original plate cooler that is supplied with the Pto kit.
  • The large plate cooler would be used in heavy duty applications such as snowblowing, composting or in forestry use when the front PTO is put under extreme load.

Lowering speed adjustment Kit

Lowering Speed Adjustment Kit (Load Independent)

  • This lowering speed adjustment kit can adjust the lowering speed of the linkage. This kit has been designed for a direct connection to the multi-valve but is also standard suitable for a 12mm pipe connection.
  • When the multi-valve is positioned for single acting, you can adjust the oil flow with the blue button and thus the lowering of the linkage.
  • Execution of the system: Easy in fitting and easy to use. Can be fitted on every Zuidberg front linkage. Can be fitted on standard 12mm pipe (excluding hydraulic coupling) for example when there is no space at the multi-valve. Can be retro fitted.

Municipal Frame

Municipal Frame

  • This municipal frame is produced according the France Norm and DIN (Deutche Industrie Norm) A, B, F1 and F2 Standard.
  • You can fit this frame easy direct on a Zuidberg 13kN, 18kN, 28kN and 35kN and now as well on a 50kN iron casting base frame of the front linkage, however not suitable for the integrated linkage for the NH M – and TM-series and for the Case MXM.
  • Thus a quick changing from front-linkage to a tight municipal Frame (and visa versa) is easily made. As you can see from the pictures below the municipal frame is short and directly placed on the base lift frame. This assures stability and strength.

  • For effortless use of the front linkage when connecting to Implements.
  • Only available for tractors with electronic spool valves and only if the tractors electronics are prepared for use of a front remote control (External up and down button). This is mounted to the side of the front hitch.

Front PTO (Gearbox)

Front PTO System with adjustable proportional engagement

  • Zuidberg Front PTO provides power delivery to the highest technical standards. The PTO features an internal oil immerseed multi-plate clutch.
  • Engagement of the clutch is controlled by a proportional and adjustable engagement system. This guarantees a smooth uptake of power to the front mounted implements.
  • When disengaged the PTO is braked but to help connection of machines, the PTO output shaft features the ECON connection system. ECON allows the user to manually turn the output shaft through 60 degree (free will) when linking up the implement shaft. The PTO has its own integrated oil system requiring no external oil supply from the tractor.
  • Fitting times of the PTO’s are reduced and reliability is increased with this system. For almost every type of tractor there is a Zuidberg Front PTO available. Zuidberg provides the broadest range of Front PTO’s available.
  • For higher power delivery applications the Zuidberg PTO is supplied with an oil cooler. The oil cooler allows the gearbox to maintain correct operating tempuratures even in extreme operating conditions. The PTO output shaft is braked when

Front Hitch

FRONT LINKAGE

  • The Front Hitch comes standard with a lift frame, cylinders, 2 arms, Toplink, multivalve, 2 hydraulic lines and all bolts, nuts etc.
  • The Front Hitch Can be ordered with Cat 1 and or Cat 3 arms as well (This is an additional order/customer order).
  • The cylinders are double acting. With the multivalve supplied in the kit, the user can switch over the cylinders from double acting to single acting or lock out the front hitch altogether.
  • The front hitch arms when in working position can be locked into fixed position when in use by a pin on each arm, This position would be used when working in ground engaging applications.
  • The front hitch arms also can be put into a free floating position by a pin, and independent of each arm.
  • This would allow you to work in uneven terrain with a mower, vegetable topper, or row crop cultivator (scuffler) etc. This would give a free play in each arm independent of each other, of approx 2 – 2.5 inches of up and down movement. Lift Cylinder

Front Auxiliary remotes

Front double acting service lines (Front hydraulic remotes)

  • Two hydraulic hoses and all the fittings on the back of the tractor, including two female connectors for the front of the tractor (provided with dust cap). There are 2 rubber lines that run to the rear remotes and most of the lines T-Fit into the rear remotes.
  • .Some of the lines pioneer fit into the rear remotes but this is only on certain models. A remote bracket is supplied as an option when the amount of front hydraulic remotes exceeds the amount of postioned holes in the topplate of the front linkage. The remote bracket bolts to the side of the front 3pt hitch on the left hand side (standing in front of the tractor).
  • This bracket can hold up to 6 sets of remotes (12 lines) depending on how many svc’s the tractor has available.
