2026 Season Wrap-Up
Another seeding season is behind us. FarmDroid FD20 robots seeded 5,503 hectares this season – and once seeding wraps up, the weeding begins. The fleet covered 22,526 hectares of weeding, roughly four times the seeded area.

Weeding winner announced in our Photo Competition 2026 📸
The second winner of our Photo Competition 2026 has now been selected in the Weeding category.
The winning photo was submitted by Hubert Spanischberger from Austria and stood out for showing the FD20 actively at work mid-operation, surrounded by clean, well-maintained rows of black cumin with no visible weed pressure. Hubert also shared an after photo of the same field later in the season, a clear illustration of what consistent mechanical weeding actually produces.
