Subsidies for field robots: What support is available across Europe
Next season’s machine plans are being made now, and so are many of Europe’s biggest investment support rounds. Depending on where you farm, public support can cover roughly 20% to 50% of a field robot. Some regions also pay a yearly amount per hectare for weeding without herbicides.
We’ve gone through the current schemes in Denmark, Sweden, Austria, the UK, Belgium, France, and Germany, so you can see what applies to your farm and when to act.
Photo Competition: Show us your FarmDroid harvest
The FarmDroid Photo Competition 2026 is still open in the Harvest category.
Got harvest photos of a crop your FarmDroid seeded and weeded through the season? We’d love to see them. These are the photos that show the whole story, from seed to harvest.
The winner will be drawn soon and the winning photographer gets FarmDroid merchandise and will be featured for the whole FarmDroid community.
