Electronic Frontlift Control (EFC)

• Do you want to pre-program the desired position of the front linkage? Or automatically switch on or off the front PTO, depending on the positon of the front linkage? This is all now possible.
• The newest innovation from Zuidberg Frontline Systems is called the Electronic Frontlift Control (EFC), an electronic control-module with numerous possibilities. Once you have set the minimum and maximum limits of the front linkage on the EFC, the position of the front linkage will automatically be controlled by using the lever or switches of the tractor.
• The front PTO can automatically be switched on or off when the front linkage system is in working position. So from now on, you can operate the front linkage and the front PTO more efficently, with comfort and safety.

• The Easy Float is a control device for the Zuidberg front linkage, suitable for the activities by which a correct contour following and lowering of the ground pressure of the implement is important.
• Using the Easy Float on your Zuidberg front linkage leads to a better result of your activities and lower machine costs. The Easy Float has following Functionality: Stepless variable pressure relieve, hand operation outside the cabine Automatic pressure control with readjustments
• To activate and deactivate from the cabine Optional: refil kit for automatic pressure control for tractors with OC (open Centre hydraulics) or LS (load sensing hydraulics) system. This set is not necessary if during the activities the hydraulic

7-pole Connector

7-pole Connector

• Complete set to mount the European 7-pole connector at the front of the linkage between the top plate and the towing hook with possibility to mount the connector 4 different ways.
• Also it is possible to mount the connector elsewhere at your own choice with the supplied mounting material.

Chain Hangers

Chain Hangers (for mowers)

• A pair of supports that fit onto the front linkage, allowing chains to be mounted to the linkage, for example the depth control chain from the implement (ex. Mower) and springs for front mowers.
• Available as a top plate mounting version and a crossbar version (for older tractor and front linkage types).

Accumulator and Pressure gauge

• The Accumulator soft ride control protects the tractor, implement and front linakge from shock loads.
• A 0.6 litre volume unit is used for linkages from 8kN (1760 lbs) – 35kN (7700 lbs) lift capacity, and 2x 0.6 litre units for 50kN (11000 lbs) – 70kN (15400 lbs) lift capacity linkages.
• The accumulator in combination with a pressure indicator can be used to delegate the weight of the machine onto the tractor or vice versa. With this manometer it is possible to see how much pressure will be necessary to carry over a certain weight (how much the machine will be heavily loaded or relieved).
• The accumulator has an internal pressure of 40 bar and is rated to a maximum pressure of 330 bar.
