Homburg Dynamic Drive

Homburg Dynamic Drive (HDD) is the fully automated drive system that allows for optimal cleaning of the tiles. After Entering the maximum hydraulic pressure and the possible length of the hose, the system has reached the set value, the reel will automatically wind up the rinsing hose. An Alarm for the driver goes off as soon as the nozzle head has reached the tile opening. Homburg Dynamic Drive: for optimal ease of operation!

General Information (On Tile Drain Cleaners)

Homburg Drain Cleaners are Safe to use on plastic or clay tiles because of there low water pressure at 35 bars (435psi). HPE hose (up to 500metres long) is pushed into the drain – Tile  while the unique nozzle washes and cleans the dirt or  sediment and flushed it out of the drain. Many Conventional systems are still using a pressure of around 100bars (1450psi), often damaging the structure around the tile or the tile itself. Homburg Tile Drain Cleaners prevents this from happening and keeps your tiles free from Damage.

Weight Carrier

Weight Carrier

• 3pt hitch weight carrier. Utalises the tractors original Base weight (Tractor weight carrier).
• Depending on how many suitcase weights the tractor has, they can be fitted onto the base weight which is bolted to the weight carrier.
• Depending on the tractor model, weight carriers are available from 700kg (1540 lbs) to 1900kg (4180 lbs).

Waltersheid Weld on Hooks and Balls

Walterscheid Weld on Hooks and Balls

• The Walterscheid weld on rear hooks and Balls can be purchased seperately to weld onto the rear bottom 2 Links of any tractor.
• These are a quick connect system used to save time by placing the balls in the pins and having the pins already placed in the implement. The operator can conveniently back up the tractor lift the rear 3pt hitch and the balls will snap inside the Walterscheid hooks.
• From there the toplink link can be connected and the implement is completely connected. The same quickness goes for disconnecting. The Walterscheid hooks come in Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3L, Cat 3 and Cat 4. The Walterscheid balls come in Cat 1-Hole 1, Cat 2-Hole-2, Cat 3-Hole 2, Cat 3-Hole 3, Cat 4.

Torque Limiter / Slip Clutch

Torque Limiter / Slip Clutch

• A Torque Limiter is implemented when an implement exceeds the front PTO horsepower.
• This Torque limiter under extreme load will slip loose allowing all overload on the front PTO and tractor to be released, Once the front PTO of the tractor is turned off the torque limiter will click back into place allowing the use of the front implement again.
• Therefore saving the front Pto and the tractor. This torque limiter is mostly used on our 540rpm gearboxes which are put on tractors over 100 hp engine.

Short Lift Arm Kit

Short Lift Arm Kit

• A Short Lift Arm Kit can be supplied with a front 3pt hitch when a client requests his or her implement closer to the tractor or needs more lifting capacity because of the implement stretching out so far in front of the tractor.
• This kit is a benefit when working in tight areas such as a vineyard or orchard. Please Note: The Maximum allowable lifting capacity cannot exceed that of the front hitches writen lifting capacity on the serial No.

Quick attach A Frame

Implement A Frame

• This frame can carry implement up to a maximum weight of 1000kg (2200 lbs). Available in Cat 1 or Cat 2.
• This implement A Frame can be mounted on the front or rear of the tractor. Also available is a female A Frame (Implement half) which gets welded to the implement for the quick attach A frame to hook up to.

Position Limitation Kit

Position Limitation Kit

• The Kit can be mounted as a height limitation or a depth Limitation, depends on the way the valve is mounted on the multivalve. Valve will be mounted directly on the already present multivalve (no extra hoses required).
• Position limitation (height or depth) can be adjusted at the lift frame (see graphics below) Only available for all the Zuidberg linkages which are equipped with a cast iron lift frame (so universal and equipped with a cast iron lift frame (so universal and also for after sales on existing front linkages!)
• System can be activated by a switch which will be mounted inside the cabin of the tractor. The set can not be used on linkages with a welded lift frame and on the integrated linkage for the NH M-60 series, NH TM and Case MXM.

Hydraulic Top Link

Hydraulic Top Link (3rd Link)

• The Hydraulic top links are offered in either an Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3 and or Cat 4. Also depending on the application a heavier duty toplink will be used for heavy lifting or if a longer stroke or reach is needed the top link will be equipped accordingly.
• These hydraulic toplinks can be mounted to the front hitch or rear 3pt hitch of the tractor.
