FarmDroid robots across 26 countries have been hard at work, covering a total of 26,335.5 hectares out of expected 29,580.9 hectares. This means 89% of the weeding has already been completed in line with our forecasts, with an average of 62.4 hectares weeded per robot.
Tjele Gods in Denmark, which operates an organic dairy farm with 93 hectares of fodder beets, invested in a FarmDroid back in 2022. After seeing the positive impact, they have now chosen to invest in 4 additional robots for the 2025 season.
“FarmDroid has helped boost our fodder beets yields. Its precision and guided control based on RTK GPS allow us to grow a truly competitive crop,” says farm manager Steffen Rohde Døssing.
